Made a Castle just to see? You can delete it.
If nobody has played at your Castle yet, you can now delete it for good from its details page. Practice runs welcome.

The short version
- Owners can delete a Castle nobody has played at yet
- It's at the foot of Castle details, and asks you to type the name first
- Its events, nights, house rules and followers go with it, and nobody is emailed
- Once a club night has been held there, it stays: that's history
Plenty of people start a Castle to see how it works: a test night, a made-up club, a name you wanted to try on. Until now it stayed. If nobody has played there yet, its owner can now delete it, at the foot of Castle details. You’ll see exactly what goes with it, and you type the Castle’s name to be sure. No undo, so no rush.
Its events, nights, house rules and anyone following it go too. Members and followers just stop seeing it; nobody gets an email about a club that never met.
Once you’ve played, it stays
A Castle that has held a club night, run a tournament, taken dues or had a gambit answered keeps its history, so the button doesn’t appear. If one of those needs to come down anyway, write to us.
