Club night ·
Raise your hand without leaving the board
A rules question, a clock that's acting up, or a disagreement over what just happened: tap Call the TD, and the TD sees which board needs them.

The short version
- Call the TD from your game, with a one-tap reason if you like
- The TD sees your board at the top of Tonight and the TD console
- The club TV marks your board so they can find it across the room
- "The TD's on the way" shows up on both phones
- Sorted it yourselves? Never mind puts your hand down
Every club night has the moment: the pawn that went en passant, or didn’t, or the clock that swears it was pressed. Somebody has to stand up, find the TD, explain it to them on the way back, and hope the board’s still as they left it. Now nobody leaves the board.
Tap, and stay put
While your game is on, there’s a Call the TD button under it. Tell us what it’s about if you like (a rules question, the clock, a disagreement, something else), or don’t. Your opponent sees the TD’s been called, and when they’re on their way, you both see that too.
For the TD
Hands go up at the top of Tonight and the TD console, with the board, who called and why. On an open Tonight or TD console a chime says a new one’s arrived (switch it off right there), the board is marked everywhere you look, including the knockout’s wall chart, and the club TV lights that board up so you can find it from across the room. The TV shows the board, never who called or why. Tap On my way, walk over, tap Done.
