Add the room to tonight's tournament in one go
On Tonight, the TD sees who's entered tonight's tournament right on the Who's here list, enters anyone with one tap, or ticks the whole room in at once.
The short version
- Every name on Who's here says Entered, or has an Enter button
- Add people to the tournament: everyone here who isn't in, ticked, one button
- Find a game for someone moved into the three dots: players tap it on their phones
Twenty people in the room, a knockout about to start, and half of them haven’t entered. Until now that meant the TD console, one name at a time.
Now Who’s here does it. If you’re running tonight’s tournament, each name says Entered, or has an Enter button. Or tap Add people to the tournament: everyone here who isn’t in it, already ticked. Untick the people only here for casual games and enter the rest at once.
Find a game for someone is still there, in the three dots by their name. Most people tap Find me a game on their own phone anyway.
